How to properly install the horizontal bar on the door
1. First, make sure that the door frame in the house is made of solid wood.
2. If it is a solid wood door frame, it can be directly installed without any tools, and do not order screws to damage the door frame!
3. If it is the door frame is not made of solid wood or you are not sure whether you can put a small piece of wood or cardboard on both ends.
4. If it is installed on the wall, it can be installed directly without any tools!
5. If you want to practice flipping upside down, it is recommended to install it with the fastening screws!
